Prather, Laurie

Driven by a lifelong passion for health and medicine, Laurie began her journey into herbalism in 2018 while recovering from a traumatic arm injury. With a foundation as a U.S. Army flight medic and 22 years of teaching Health Science and Medical Professions in Arkansas, she brings extensive knowledge of the human body and medical skills to her work. A pursuit of advanced studies in aromatherapy and herbalism led to her current dedication to crafting small-batch, sustainable herbal products using many plants she grows on her farm. An active member of several herbal and gardening organizations, she is committed to educating her local community about accessible, natural remedies.
My products are crafted with care, using many plants I grow myself to ensure purity and quality. Each item is prepared in small batches using proven recipes, sustainable packaging, and thoughtfully designed labels. Herbalism has not only provided me with a fulfilling vocation but also allowed me to give back to my community through the power of nature and education. My journey reflects resilience, lifelong learning, and the belief that healing is as much about nurturing the body as it is about fostering connections with the natural world.
